3. Orders and Payment

  • Order Confirmation: An email confirmation will be sent upon completing your order, followed by a delivery confirmation with tracking details.

  • Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Vodafone Cash, and Cash on Delivery.

  • Currency: All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).

  • Backorders: Available only if the item is expected to arrive within 1-3 days.


4. Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Shipping Rates:

    • Cairo & Giza: 50 EGP

    • Alexandria: 60 EGP

    • Other Cities: 70-100 EGP

  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders over 500 EGP.

  • Delays: During sales or peak periods, shipping may take an additional 1-2 days.


5. Return and Exchange Policy

At Pink Blonde, your satisfaction is our priority. However, returns are limited to faulty or damaged items.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • Items must be unused, in resalable condition, and include all original packaging.

  • Pierced jewelry (e.g., earrings) is non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.

  • Return fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Partial Refunds:

  • Granted for items not in their original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Refund Process:

  • Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued as a store credit coupon valid for 6 months.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Pierced jewelry.

Exchanges:

  • Items will only be replaced if defective or damaged. Please contact us for exchange requests.

Faulty Goods:

  • If an item arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photographic evidence to expedite the process.

  • We are not liable for items broken by the customer or issues unrelated to manufacturing.

  • Sale items are non-refundable unless delivered in a damaged condition.
